The move to electronic permitting and plan reviews represents a giant step forward for the City’s Building and Commercial Development Departments, which currently perform these tasks manually, through walk-ins and traditional paper plan sets. The City sought a solution that would facilitate a better customer experience while improving efficiency and streamlining workflows.
