Adam Griffen is a highly skilled Sales Director with over 20 years of experience in SaaS/Enterprise solution selling. He successfully generated over $50 million in sales growth by implementing regional team building, prospecting, and expanding sales teams and channel partner networks. Adam has completed Dale Carnegie Sales Training and Franklin Covey Management Training and is a $5 million club round table member.

Currently serving as the National Director of Sales at e-PlanSoft in Irvine, CA, Adam has increased the yearly pipeline by 30% within 12 months, onboarded and trained five team members, resulting in 75% sales activity for new opportunity creation, and reports monthly to the COO with updated forecasting, pipeline, and key account growth. He oversees KPI metric reporting, product development, and cross-departmental collaboration and has expanded sales opportunities internationally, including the USA, Canada, Australia, and the Middle East. 

Before e-PlanSoft, Adam served as National Director of Sales at idtPlans LLC, where he doubled new client acquisitions and generated 35% new revenue growth in 12 months. As Regional Sales Director at HATCH Inc., he onboarded and trained sales reps responsible for account growth across ten states, improving the pipeline by $28 million. Adam started his career as a senior sales executive, driving sales and revenue by selling Hatch technology solutions and school supplies nationwide. He also earned numerous accolades, including $44 million in revenue and five years on the $1 million plus roundtable club. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sports Science with Teacher Certification from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
