Lindsey Irving is an accomplished finance executive with over 13 years of experience leading FP&A, pricing, and strategic finance functions for high-growth SaaS organizations. As Vice President of Finance at e-PlanSoft, she drives financial strategy, operational scalability, and data-driven decision-making that advance the company’s mission to modernize electronic plan review and permitting.
Before joining e-PlanSoft, Lindsey served as Vice President of FP&A at Office Ally, where she built the finance function from the ground up and guided the company through a successful private-equity transaction and reinvestment. Known for blending technical rigor with collaborative leadership, she has led automation initiatives that improved forecasting accuracy, pricing visibility, and reporting transparency across multiple organizations.
Lindsey is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a Master of Accountancy from Millsaps College and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting from Mississippi College. She is passionate about building scalable, technology-enabled finance teams that unlock growth, create clarity, and deliver lasting value.
