Jon Sonnenschein is a dynamic business leader with a passion for scaling technology businesses and driving operational excellence. Jon brings a unique mix of big-picture thinking and hands-on execution to his role as CEO of e-PlanSoft. He is focused on maximizing value for e-PlanSoft’s clients through collaboration and application of disruptive technologies like Artificial Intelligence to solve their business problems. Previously, Jon transformed Irth Solutions as CEO for Bregal Sagemount. At Irth, he accelerated growth by 5x and established it as a market leader in Field Services Management. He rallied the team, built strategic partnerships, and created sustainable competitive advantage with novel AI-based solutions.
Throughout his career, Jon has demonstrated versatility across product development, operations, and executive leadership roles. He successfully led Redbooth as CEO through a major business transformation, served as Chief Product Officer at Findly, and held key positions at Sequoia Capital-backed companies like Plaxo, JAJAH, and PayPal. Jon's experience spans from startup environments to large-scale operations, giving him unique insight into the challenges and opportunities facing growing businesses. He holds an MBA in Marketing from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Michigan.
