Debra Senra is Chief Executive Officer of e-PlanSoft. She is a multi-time Chief Revenue Officer and software executive with more than 20 years of experience building and scaling teams across sales, customer success, marketing, and other revenue functions. Her background includes leadership roles at software companies serving highly regulated industries, including QBench, a laboratory information management platform, and ThreeFlow, an employee benefits technology company.
Prior to joining e-PlanSoft, Debra also founded and led Hyphenate, a generative AI software company focused on helping teams create complex proposals and statements of work. That experience gives her a practical perspective on where AI can create meaningful value—and where human expertise and judgment need to be preserved.
At e-PlanSoft, Debra is focused on helping government agencies modernize plan review while continuing to invest in the products, people, and customer relationships that have made e-PlanSoft a leader in the category.
