Paula Montoya: New e-PlanSoft COO

IRVINE, CA—June 8, 2022: e-PlanSoft™, a leading developer and provider of cloud-based electronic plan review and inspection solutions, has promoted Paula Montoya to the role of Chief Operating Officer. Montoya takes on the responsibilities of e-PlanSoft™ COO effectively immediately.

Montoya steps into this role after serving as the company’s Vice President of Professional Services. While in that position, she led strategic and technical operations, as well as ensuring and enhancing e-PlanSoft’s customer implementations, project management, and overall customer success.

As COO, Montoya will responsible for managing all hands-on operational aspects and ensuring successful growth of the company. Further, she will look to drive the company to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, business goals and objectives.

Over the course of her career, Montoya has held a broad range of project roles, including Project Director, Project Manager, Technical Lead/Developer, and Data Conversion Manager/Developer. Her technical acumen has been a driving force in the success she has achieved in her full array of project implementations.

A graduate of UC Davis, Montoya holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and is a certified Scrum Master and Scrum Developer.
