Is the sheet missing, labeled differently, or still listed on an index the applicant didn’t update?
Before you can ask the applicant to correct anything, you need to establish what’s actually wrong.
Depending on the agency, it may be up to the permit tech, intake staff, or the plan reviewer to run that check. Whoever is responsible, it’s on them to handle the back-and-forth to answer this question before the actual review begins.
