United Airlines has decided to make its pilots’ lives a little easier by buying 11,000 Apple iPads and distributing them to their pilots. Jeppesen Mobile FliteDeck has taken all the flight manuals, charts, reference handbooks, checklists, and log books and put it into their mobile app allowing pilots electronic access to the information they need while in flight.
